This is a privately booked Somatic breathwork Journey with me which will be held in a safe and comfortable space allowing you to fully relax and become immersed in this profound breathwork healing practice. This ancient healing modality can clear through deeply stored emotions that you may have been holding onto for years, if not decades. One powerful session of Somatic Breathwork is known to equate to years of therapy work which I have helped many people experience and have also experienced this level of release within myself through this type of practice. Journey with me to remove that which is no longer serving you so that you are able to then reconnect, relax, and re-energize your mind-body system and truly get back in tune with the soul essence of who you truly are. I regularly holds larger group breathwork events so please look out for me and my workshops if you happen to be in the same area of the world. Small private group sessions are also possible.
